New project with Red Funnel Ferries
AMI Marine is proud to be cooperating with Red Funnel with our new X-MDR project, the latest edition to the AMI Marine data recorder family.
The system configured to record six high definition CCTV camera feeds covering the wheelhouse and navigation control panels.
Along with the CCTV recording, the system also records bridge audio and VHF conversation, along with the GPS and AIS data. The live data is displayed on the 12″ touch screen monitor. Each separate CCTV channel may be viewed in full screen mode, or all channels viewed together as an overview.
The recorded data can be downloaded using a standard laptop and the information reviewed using the AMI data replay suite.
Red Funnel are committed to safety and are continually monitoring and improving safety for crew, passengers and all other sea-dwellers. Installation of the X-MDR was another step towards ensuring they are at the forefront of safety.
